Can I also order for a company?
Yes. We serve both businesses and private customers. Companies often order logo balls and gift packages from us for events, as customer gifts, or for staff. You can easily submit a request for a quote using the green button on the right side of the page.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
If you want to make changes (e.g. logo or quantity), please contact us as soon as possible. Once the product has gone into production, changes may no longer be possible.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is usually 5–10 business days depending on the order quantity and product. We always strive for fast delivery – if you need the products even faster, you can contact us directly, and we will see what we can do.
Can I return the products I ordered?
Personoiduilla products do not have a right of return, as they are made individually according to your order. For other products, we adhere to a 14-day return policy.
Can I order products as a gift for someone else?
Yes. You can order products as gifts and enter a different delivery address at checkout. If you want to include a greeting or another message, please contact us after placing your order – we will add it according to your wishes.
How well does the printing withstand use?
We use the same high-quality printing technology that most well-known ball manufacturers utilize in their own products – it withstands normal play use excellently. Like all golf products, the printing may wear over time, but it remains well for several play sessions.
