Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized (custom-made) products cannot be returned, as they are made specifically according to your order. Unfortunately, gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, purchase the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account. If you haven’t received a refund 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@golf-factory.com.
